Welcome to our shop! Cribbage boards and carved signs are the perfect gift and nothing beats the beauty of wood when it comes to an elegant sign or décor item.

 Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions that are not answered here. We specialize in custom cribbage boards and signage. If there is something you need that you do not see, We will gladly work with you to create exactly what you are looking for.


We accept Paypal, we also accept Credit Card Payment. If you don't have a paypal account you can still pay through paypal with a credit card. We also accept payment through Direct Checkout .


 Shipping is via USPS and in stock, non custom products will ship within 2 business days from date of purchase. Custom orders require 7 to 10 business days before shipping.

 Please make sure that the address on your order is the correct address. If the package is returned for non-delivery, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to a correct address.

 We will ship to the "Shipping address" listed on the order only. If you wish to have it shipped to a different location, the buyer MUST change this on the order before the package is sent.

 For lost or damaged packages, all of our shipments are insured. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping an insurance claim for it's value will be filed. Upon payment of the insurance claim we will replace the item when possible and practical or issue a refund if this is the most practical solution ( in our judgement). However, if the delivery confirmation indicates the package has been delivered, you must file a "Mail theft report" with your post office. MAIL THEFT is a Federal Crime punishable by a term in a federal prison.

 We are sorry but if tracking shows the package as DELIVERED, we cannot replace it or refund.

 We will notify you when shipping occurs and provide the tracking number.

 Please make arrangements to securely receive the package when it arrives by having a relative or neighbor receive the package when it arrives if you are not going to be home.

 International Shipments - Any duty charged, VAT tax or other import fees from the shipping agent is the responsibility of the customer. This charge does not originate from Unique Gifts Of Wood, but from the COUNTRY in which the CUSTOMER resides  .  Unique Gifts Of Wood has no control over these taxes and does not collect any funds from these taxes. They are strictly the customers responsibility and are imposed by the country the customer resides in.

 Refunds and Exchanges

 There are NO refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items once they have been engraved with your info. If you cancel a custom order BEFORE it has been created, a refund will be issued (less any custom design fees, etc.).

 A non-custom item may be returned if you contact us within 3 business days of the receipt of the item. We will authorize the return and your money will be refunded within 3 days after we receive the item. The item must be returned in unblemished, saleable condition otherwise no refund will be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable.


 If you are looking for perfection, with no color variation, grain variation, etc..., then our products are probably not for you. We do our best to make sure the boards are as near perfect as possible, but trees are trees and are not perfect. We also feel is it wasteful to cut out every little streak. We find beauty in the colors and variation of the woods.  We cannot refund or replace a piece because it isn't "perfect" as perfection is hard to find in natural products such as wood. We cannot refund or replace an item because it has a streak of a different color, or is lighter or darker than the one shown in the listing. This is called character. Our art is hand made from natural materials, therefore it is subject to the natural character found therein. Every board, including the one in the listing pictures is unique, therefore, they will vary. The wood comes from trees of varying ages, therefore, different colors.

 We retain the right to modify, update, or change the design of any product listed and may differ from the listing pictures.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In most cases the pictures are of actual customer ordered items. In some cases the picture is a computer rendering of what the item looks like.

 COMMUNICATION  We are sorry but we do NOT communicate via telephone any longer. Due to the volume of orders we are working on, we cannot take the time away from the shop to speak with everyone that would like to call. Any requests or questions, can be sent in an email conversation. We will also have a record of communications this way.


 Because we do not have the man power and time, (photos and posting them do take a fair amount of time) we Do Not send pictures of the completed signs. We are sorry, as many of you will not see the product if it is shipped elsewhere but maybe the recipient would be gracious enough to take and send a photo for you.
